Booking & Payment

Your order is considered booked once the required deposit or reservation payment has been received. Because studio capacity is limited and space is reserved specifically for your flowers, reservation payments are non-refundable.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule shown on your proposal. Petal Pop Preservation Co. may postpone or cancel services if payment is not received when due.

Bouquet Drop-Off & Timing

Fresh flowers are extremely time-sensitive. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, bouquets must be received by Petal Pop Preservation Co. within 48 hours of the event and during the confirmed pickup or drop-off window.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the bouquet is properly cared for and transferred to Petal Pop Preservation Co. on time.

Late or Missed Bouquet Delivery

If the Client misses their scheduled pickup/drop-off time or delivers the flowers outside the agreed timeframe, a $100 Late Bouquet Intake Fee may be required before preservation begins.

Acceptance of a late bouquet is not guaranteed and will depend on the condition of the flowers and studio availability.

If the bouquet is not received within the agreed timeframe, is delivered in a condition that Petal Pop Preservation Co. determines is no longer suitable for preservation, or the delay materially impacts our ability to complete the commissioned work, Petal Pop Preservation Co. reserves the right to decline the flowers and cancel the order.

In the event of cancellation due to late or failed bouquet delivery, the reservation payment and any pickup, delivery, material, or services already performed are non-refundable.

Flower Condition & Preservation

Flower preservation is an organic process, and the appearance of fresh flowers will naturally change during drying and preservation. Color changes, fading, darkening, translucency, bruising, spotting, shrinkage, and changes in shape may occur.

Some flower varieties preserve more successfully than others. White and very light flowers, in particular, may naturally dry to warmer ivory, cream, yellow, or beige tones.

Petal Pop Preservation Co. may use professional color-correction techniques when appropriate to improve the overall appearance of preserved flowers. Color correction is intended to complement the natural flower and does not guarantee an exact match to its original fresh color.

We reserve the right to select the flowers in the best condition for the final design and to omit flowers that have deteriorated, molded, browned excessively, shattered, or otherwise become unsuitable for preservation.

Design & Artistic Discretion

Each preservation piece is handmade and individually designed around the flowers that successfully preserve.

Where applicable, the Client will receive a design proof before the final arrangement is permanently assembled. Minor adjustments may be requested at this stage. Once final approval is given, substantial design changes may require an additional fee.

By commissioning Petal Pop Preservation Co., the Client acknowledges that the finished piece will reflect our established preservation and design style.

Turnaround Time

Flower preservation is a slow process. An estimated turnaround time of 8-10 months is provided as a guideline rather than a guaranteed completion date.

Drying time, humidity, flower variety, material availability, studio volume, and other factors may affect completion time. Petal Pop Preservation Co. is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to Your Order

Requests to change the size, style, frame, resin piece, or other specifications after preservation has begun are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Once materials have been ordered or work has begun for a custom piece, that portion of the order may not be refundable.

Cancellations

Client cancellations must be made in writing.

Reservation payments are non-refundable because they reserve studio capacity for the Client's event date. Any custom materials already purchased, pickup or delivery services performed, or preservation/design work already completed are also non-refundable.

Petal Pop Preservation Co. reserves the right to cancel an order if the Client fails to provide the bouquet, payment, approvals, information, or other materials necessary for us to perform the commissioned services.

Handmade Artwork

Preserved floral artwork is handmade using natural materials. Small imperfections and variations are expected and are part of the character of the finished piece.

Preserved flowers may continue to change gradually over time. Exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, moisture, and other environmental conditions can accelerate fading or discoloration. Petal Pop Preservation Co. cannot guarantee that preserved flowers will retain their exact appearance indefinitely.

Final Acceptance

Payment of the deposit or reservation fee constitutes the Client's acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
